We’ve just been informed that in August the road in front of the tearooms will be closed again. Not just for a few weeks but for nearly 12 months.

The path remains open for pedestrians but no cars or taxis can drive down. This is an absolute mess for us. Everytime the road closes our customers struggle to get to us. I just can’t believe this is happening again. Still with no compensation from anywhere.

We close Friday at 2:30pm and reopen on Tuesday the 26th of May. We want to give staff a well earned break and time off with their families.

THE ROAD OF HALL STREET IS OFFICIALLY BACK OPEN

Thank god for that. It’s been a long 12 weeks for it to be shut and taxis and pedestrians can now access the road.

It’s absolutely crucified us having the road closed.
