⚠️ IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE ⚠️ This is not the post we wanted to share today, but following repeated incidents involving large groups of individuals throughout this week and over the weekend, we have had no choice but to introduce additional security measures.
The police have been fully informed, supplied with the relevant CCTV evidence and are now carrying out regular drive-bys and check-ins throughout the day and evening.
For the time being:
🔒 Our front door may remain locked until a member of staff is available to attend the front.
🔒 Our Grab & Go fridge will remain locked. If you would like a drink, please ask a member of the team and we will happily unlock it for you.
🔒 Merchandise will no longer be displayed and will be securely removed from the premises every evening.
The individuals and groups involved are now banned from Sabroso and will be asked to leave the premises.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards theft, abuse or aggressive behaviour directed at our staff, delivery drivers or other customers. This behaviour will not be tolerated in any form nor will theft.
Sabroso is protected by 4K CCTV with audio, covering every angle inside and outside the building. If it happens on our premises, it is being recorded. All incidents have been and will continue to be reported to the police with the supporting evidence.
