📣CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Unfortunately the chippy will not be open Wednesday this week and possibly not Saturday

We will however be open Friday night where we think we will be doing very cheap meal deals as Ur all aware the chippy is up for auction and the range is run by gas which can be up to 2 weeks delivery and we are practically out!! we don't see there is any point re filling this if it's going to sell at auction so we are very sorry to all our customers but at the minute it will be very limited opening will be sad to see the local chippy shut it's doors for its final time over the next few weeks (potentially )but this is the way of the world now and small little village businesses can't survive on a few customers a week and the cost of living makes it that even harder to keep them doors open

We would like to thank everyone who has still been using the chippy though and we will keep U all posted on days and times of opening

❤️ WE ARE UP AND RUNNING ❤️
At last we have our Internet and card machine back it's been a long and painful 10 weeks today guys but we would like to thank all of our customers who have understood and gave advice and listen to us moan and groan for 10 weeks 🤣

A call from talk talk tomorrow to ask us how this has effected us and talks on compensation well fingers crossed for us they actually do something because this has nearly put the chippy under

Good news for once everyone

An hour before an engineer turned up miraculously our broadband starting working there is a maintenance guy here at the moment but all being well CARD IS BACK ON whoop

🔴🔴 CUSTOMER NOTICE🔴🔴

Unfortunately the chippy will now be shut on a Wednesday lunch time guys 😞

It's just not visible at this present time to open on a Wednesday lunch and the chippy is severely struggling!! Today we seen one customer and we just can't go on like this 😔😔

So our pensioners special will now run on a sat instead of a Wednesday guys we are really sorry we have to do this for the time being but we just can't survive like this so our new opening hours are as follows

Wed....4.45-7.30
Friday.. 4.45-8
Sat.. 11.45-1.45/4.45-8

Hopefully in the coming months we can open a bit more we totally appreciate not having a card machine has been a lot to do with this but we are still trying to sort this out ( blame talk talk ) and the cost of living ( thank the government)

We would just like to take a moment and thank all of our continued customers who do use the local chippy we just hope it starts to pick up before it has to shut 😭

Hi everyone here is our opening hours for January and February I no it seems little opening but guys trade has gone severely quiet and it's just not worth it to open any more we no the card machine issue has a lot to do with this and it's currently being sorted we have a new router and are waiting for talk talk to authenticate the line but once again they are saying we are not penwithick fish and chips shop or the email is correct although they have emailed us today we really do apologise to everyone for this but it's been an absolute nightmare and talk talk have lost the chippy hundreds of pounds so unfortunately it is still cash at the moment

We ask for U all to please support Ur local little chippy before it's too late as it may have to close soon 😞😞
