The Mermaid will be showing the England v Mexico FIFA World Cup with an early hours kick off at 1am Monday 6th July! ⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

We will be reducing our numbers in comparison to all of our other England World Cup games and it will be seated only, no room for standing. In light of this, we WILL be taking bookings for this game! We expect tables will get booked up quickly so get in touch sooner, rather than later to secure your seat!! ⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🧜🏼‍♀️

Today is the day!! 🥳💚

Come down to The Mermaid this afternoon and join us for our Macmillan Cancer Support fundraiser in memory of the beautiful Georgie 🥰💚

Here’s what we’ve got going on:

🕺🏻Live Music in the garden from Drop the monkey 5-7pm - bring your dancing shoes!
🍔Food from Stacked Burger, cooking up a storm and serving you delicious food from 4pm!
🎟️ We’ll be selling the last round of raffle tickets - £2 a ticket, £5 per strip - before the big raffle draw after the music finishes at 7pm. We have so many incredible prizes on offer so don’t miss out!
🪩 Then to close this incredible day, we’ve got DJ Mike bringing us the tunes inside the pub after the raffle finishes

Kick off is 10pm this evening and our bar will be open until 1am tonight so plenty of opportunity to make the most of this glorious Saturday! ☀️☀️
