We take coeliac and gluten-free requests seriously 🍕
When someone books us, they let us know if there’s a gluten-free guest, and we always ask whether it’s an intolerance or a coeliac allergy.
If it’s an allergy, we make their gluten-free pizza first, before anything else goes near the oven. The dough is prepped in advance and baked in its own aluminium tray, so it never touches the worktop or the oven.
It’s all about keeping things safe, simple, and delicious 🍕
