Happy Father’s Day Papa Cupcake & Happy Birthday for next week!! Over the years my dad has - helped build our kitchen, delivered your cakes, sorted out our payroll & helped with contracts, done our health & safety checks, listened to my rants, helped set up our festival stalls, tested our cakes and most importantly has been the best dad I could ask for. We were lucky enough to have an extra pair of hands in the bakery last week. Molly joined us for her work experience and she finished the week decorating her own bento cake & cupcakes. Didn’t she do a great job?! It was a pleasure to have her join the HiaC team & we wish her all the best for her future 💖

Well I’m glad it wasn’t quite this hot last weekend 🥵 Thanks to everyone who came to see us at the Spring Festival on Sunday. We had a great day and it was so nice to see so many familiar faces as well as meet new ones. We hope you are having a great bank holiday weekend. Don’t forget to keep your cakes in the fridge!

The moment you’ve been waiting for. Tomorrow’s menu is out! I don’t care if it rains tomorrow or you don’t fancy going out. We have A LOT of bakes that need good homes. So come and get your treats from us at the St Albans Spring Festival. It will be busy so please be patient and we will serve you as soon as we can. It’s always such a fun day. We love seeing so many of our customers and meeting new faces so please do come & support us if you can (don’t worry, we won’t hold it against you if you really can’t make it. We might charge you extra next time though 😜)
