Thistle & Gorse is a 'Bring your own alcohol', traditional British restaurant. Serving simple but great quality, locally soured food of which you have the ability to create yourself. Our 'as you like' menu gives you the opportunity to pick and choose exactly what goes on your plate, we just decided how it's going to look! The great taste is always guaranteed with our professional Chef Shaun having years of experience behind him. Please visit our page for the complete menu, vegetarian options are available at your request. We are a booking only restaurant open every Saturday evening from 7pm, and did we also mention its bring your own alcohol?!
