BELOYA – ETHIOPIA

A classic, super sweet expression of place, this washed smallholder lot is full of stone fruit and florals. It makes for a delicate, clean filter brew, but the intense sweetness also translates really well into espresso.

This is our third year buying from the Beloya washing station, and one we always look forward to. It also marks the start of our Ethiopian offerings; time to get excited!
