The pork and beef are on for lunchtime. We sold out of pork last week before 1pm!
Tunnel End Pies are closed today for a well earned break but have left us a few lovely pies for us to bake to order. Please let us know if you would like any baking, about one hour notice would really help.

It's a shame we have to mix up the spices for the coffee rub beef, they look so good layered up.
The beef has been coated and is slow cooking in the oven with a nice piece of pork. The cookery school will smell fantastic when we open the doors in the morning!
We will have home made coleslaw as a topping or side tomorrow and are hoping that will bring the sun out!
