On our pudding menu at the moment- is our orange and cardamom bread and butter pudding, made with brioche, marmalade, raisins cardamom infused custard and fresh orange zest. Topped with toasted pistachios, served warm with fresh double cream. It’s incredibly comforting, not overly sweet and we just love it.
