Good morning,The sun is shining again!

Violet’s opens at 10am.

I’ve just made some delicious pear and blackberry crumbles for you to enjoy with creamy custard or evaporated milk.

Our portions are always generous with lashings of custard.
*our food is available to take away as well as eating in our beautiful tea room if you prefer.

We also have treacle tart and custard and chocolate cake and chocolate custard (just like school pudding from back in the day).

Plenty of on-site parking and lovely views from Violet’s garden. You’ll always get a warm friendly welcome here.

💜Our delicious ploughman’s are proving to be very popular and great value at £11.95.
Very nice with a cold beer or a glass of wine.

💕We have plenty of freshly baked scones if you prefer a cream tea @ £9.95 it includes 2 scones, Cornish clotted cream, jam and a tea or coffee.

We’ve ample parking onsite and beautiful views across the valley. You’ll always get a warm welcome at Violet’s Tea Room.

Happy Friday everyone 💜

We are open as usual today but will be keeping an eye on the temperatures as it’s already 28 degrees in the tea room due to the very warm night temperatures. The garden temperature should be nice if this breeze sticks around.

PLEASE NOTE: we are closed next Wednesday 15th July for a private wake.

Violet’s is open tomorrow at 10am. Hopefully a nice sunny day, ideal for a delicious cream tea or a fresh, generously filled sandwich.

We are open the Saturday of the Bank Holiday weekend and closed on the Sunday and Monday.

We’d love you to join us on Saturday, there’s plenty of parking, outside and inside seating, licensed bar and a good food menu. We strongly recommend booking a table as we will be busy.
