Ah beer, it wouldn’t be a hop festival without beer and it certainly wouldn’t be a beer festival without hops.
Hop Fest is a celebration of both. Us and our family’s heritage of growing the hops, this being our 336th annual harvest, and the wonderful breweries who use our hops as well as hops from our growers cooperative English Hops Ltd
As you can guess we take our beer extremely seriously at Tibbs and we’re delighted to have 5 breweries collaborating with us for our green hop beers this year being Harvey's Brewery Brewing Brothers Brewery & Taproom Long Man Brewery The Rye Waterworks Micropub & Microbrewery
With 20 beers from 10 breweries showcasing ales, lagers, pales and stouts, we’ve curated a line up of some of our favourites. Whilst mostly near we’ve also ventured into Dorset with an English lager from Utopian Brewing and three beers from one of our absolute favourites Hook Norton Brewery in Oxfordshire.
For the cider drinkers Nightingale Cider Company and Biddenden Vineyards have us covered with four of their best on keg. Grown, pressed and bottled on their family farms.
Wines, Tibbs apple juice and soft drinks completes the lineup.
