Today, we meet Katie 🧘‍♀️ Katie teaches Flow, Slow Flow and Moonrise Yoga. She got into yoga at university and went on to train in Hawaii, and it’s kept her strong and steady through a busy life of running, tennis and dance. Book a class with her via the link in our bio.

Tunes in the dunes! 🎧🎶 Join us for silent disco yoga on Camber beach next week, with Nicole (YOGA▲RETREATS▲DJ | NICOLE ALLEN). It’s a 75-minute flow through headsets, set to Ibiza classics and Afrobeats, with the sea in front of you. Beginners are welcome, and everything’s provided including the headsets, so just bring water (and wear your glitter 🪩). Afterwards everyone heads back for hot drinks. Friday 28 August, arrive 5.45pm. £35. Link in our bio to book.
