Important Announcement: Collect Plus Parcels

Dear valued customers,

We would like to inform you that we still have several Collect Plus parcels currently stuck in our store, either awaiting collection or return, from the last four weeks. Unfortunately, this delay has been caused by an ongoing electricity issue, which has affected our ability to process them as usual.

If you believe you have a parcel that may be stuck with us, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can contact us directly via our page or Messenger, and we will be more than happy to assist you in resolving the matter.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding during this time.

Quick Update from Tropicana cafe

We recently experienced a technical issue with our page, but we're pleased to announce that it's been resolved in a timely manner.

As for the café, we're currently waiting for the electricity issue to be resolved , so we can resume trading as soon as possible. Rest assured, the shopping city management team is working diligently to resolve this as quickly as possible.

While we had plans to relocate to a new unit, the high costs have led us to try continue trading from our current location at The Box for the time being. We’re excited to get back to serving you and will keep you updated on our progress.

We can’t thank you enough for your continued support throughout the years. Your kind messages, calls, and emails have been overwhelming, and we truly appreciate each and every one of you.

Thank you again for your patience, and we can’t wait to welcome you back soon!

Tropicana cafe will be joining the Biggest event of the year for the shopping city 50 th Birthday, extravaganza 0n Saturday 7 th May 9am till 5pm in the main square, come and join in on the fun. We will be serving Hot dogs, ice cream Milkshakes (all different flavours), we will also be doing Flavoured Candy floss including Birthday cake flavour.
You can also pop into the cafe and enjoy a coffee and cake or enjoy a bite to eat.
We hope everyone has a fun filled day. We know we will ☺️

Our biggest event is taking place on SATURDAY 7TH MAY down at Runcorn shopping City to celebrate our 50th birthday, how amazing is that 😃😃

The day will run from 9am-5pm delivering high quality entertainment

We have a real treat offering Boogie storm troopers who you will remember were finalists on Britain’s Got talent

As well as this you’ll see some spidey moves with spiderman 🕷🕷

Fancy getting in the Disney spirit with our amazing Minnie and Mickey Mouse 🐭🐁

We are looking for new members of staff to join our team, 2 part time jobs vacancies available with immediate start, flexible hours and minimum age is 17.
The suitable candidate must be hard working, be able to communicate in a very polite manner to all members of the public, be able to learn new tasks, experience is a bonus, full training will be provided.
