Fantastic fun at The Castle at Halton last night — thank you to everyone who came along and joined in!
And… nobody managed to beat Play Your Cards Right, which means the rollover jackpot is now a WHOPPING…

🐾 WHAT A FANTASTIC NATIONAL DOG DAY! 🐾
A huge thank you to the brilliant Ian Pedder and the wonderful Bernie for hosting today’s Doggy Photo Shoot at The Castle at Halton. 📸🐶
We had 14 separate sittings, photographing 18 gorgeous dogs, raising £70 for Cheshire Sight Hounds.
And to make it an even £80, Ian and Bernie very kindly threw another tenner into the pot themselves! ❤️
So that’s a fantastic:

Thank you so much to everyone who came along with their four-legged friends and supported the day — and an especially big thank you to Ian and Bernie for giving up their time, taking some fabulous photographs and adding that extra £10.
I’ll be taking the £80 over to Cheshire Sight Hounds tomorrow morning.
Brilliant day, brilliant people and a brilliant local cause. ❤️🐶

And that means QUIZ NIGHT tonight! 🧠🍻
7.30pm for an 8pm start — pen & paper, good fun and, of course, Play Your Cards Right!

But today is also NATIONAL DOG DAY! 🐶❤️

To celebrate, and to raise money for the wonderful Cheshire Sight Hounds, the amazing Ian Pedder Photography is joining us for a special Doggy Photo Shoot.

🐾 £10 per sitting

❤️ £5 from EVERY £10 sitting goes directly to Cheshire Sight Hounds

Ian is already fully booked from 4.30pm, but we'll be welcoming dogs and their humans from 6pm onwards.

🥔 SOMETIMES SIMPLE IS JUST PERFECT…
Sometimes you don’t need fancy toppings or anything complicated.
Just a proper hot baked potato, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, with a little butter and a spoonful of house coleslaw on the side. 😋
Simple. Filling. Comforting. And absolutely fantastic just as it is.
