A Message from the Owner of Hillcrest SupperBar
I would like to personally thank our customers and the local community for their support over the past few months.
After Hillcrest Supper Bar received a zero food hygiene rating in October, I took full responsibility for the issues raised and immediately put changes in place. Since then, the premises have undergone a thorough deep clean, all procedures have been reviewed, and the entire team has received additional food hygiene training to ensure everyone is working to the standards our customers deserve.
I am pleased to share that following a re-inspection in January, Hillcrest Supper Bar has been awarded a 4 food hygiene rating. This reflects the hard work and commitment from myself and the team, and I want to reassure customers that maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety remains our top priority.
I would also like to sincerely thank our loyal customers who continued to support us during what was a difficult time. Your patience, understanding, and trust have meant more than I can say, and we are truly grateful to each and every one of you.
We remain committed to providing good-quality food in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and I look forward to serving you all for many years to come.
