Basic catering experience and a can do attitude required. We need someone that can work as part of a team, follow instructions and take a bit of initiative! No need for a Michelin Star, just pride in your work and a friendly face!

We’re very pleased to announce that after a lovely visit from our local Environment Health Officer this morning at The Towers Cafe @ Brewery Street, we have been awarded a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating!

Thanks must go to our staff for their continued hard work in not only raising but maintaining this standard since June and our wonderful new and existing customers!

The Towers Toast

This one’s been tested on the team and it passed with 10/10 😍

A buttery croissant puck, soaked in a rich vanilla egg mixture, then baked until golden with a fresh caramelised crust.
We serve it warm, drenched in silky caramel sauce, with a swirl of fresh whipped cream and a spoon of sweet strawberry jam.🍓

Crispy on top, soft and custardy inside. It’s dessert for breakfast and it’s incredible.

It's comfort, indulgence and a bit of luxury all on one plate!
