🍊✨ You guessed it… now it’s time to bring your ideas to life in Jen’s Kitchen! ✨🍊

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in with my “guess the rocky road flavour” challenge — there were so many amazing guesses and I’ve definitely got some of your ideas saved for future creations! 👀💜

One flavour that really stood out was Jaffa Cake Rocky Road 🍊🍫

So now it’s time to get creative and see how I can bring all those classic Jaffa Cake flavours and textures into a brand new rocky road style treat… with a little Jen’s Kitchen twist!

This one will be coming to an upcoming monthly treat box, created from an idea YOU helped inspire. 🥰

🍯 Homemade caramel isn't just melted sugar...

It reaches incredibly high temperatures, can go from beautiful golden caramel to burnt in a matter of seconds, and when you add the cream... it bubbles up like lava! 🔥😅

A few tips if you're making it at home: ✨ Don't walk away from the pan. ✨ Remove it from the heat while it's still a lovely amber colour it will continue cooking

✨ Never touch hot caramel... it's far hotter than boiling water.

I still get nervous every single time I make it, but nothing beats homemade 🤎
