With waymarked walking and running trails, children's play areas, themed activity and orienteering trails, Go Ape high wires course, Grounds cafe with tasty hot and cold food and drinks, and a top class bike shop, Cannock Chase Cycle Centre, with cycles to hire as well as bikes and accessories to buy. But mountain biking is what many people know us for. Our single-track cross country mountain bike trails attract adrenaline junkies from far and wide, and our Pedal and Play bike trail is the perfect first off-road cycling experience for children aged 3+ just starting out on their bike. For those somewhere in between we have waymarked cycling trails that are perfect for exploring the forest and building your skills. Cannock Chase Forest is managed by Forestry England. For over 100 years, we have been growing, shaping and caring for over 1,500 of our nation’s forests for the benefit and enjoyment of all, for this generation and the next. With your help and support, we care for more land and trees than any other organisation in England. Shaping landscapes for people, wildlife and timber.
