Raglan Arms A traditional real ale pub with twelve hand pulls serving a selection of guests as well as Black Country Ales favourites.

Our garden features both open and shaded areas, with a heated smoking area for those fresher nights. 2 pint take home in a closed carton available.

It's Thursday!! That means the weekend is almost here, and it's our fortnightly quiz this evening from 8pm with the wonderful A Worthy Quiz!

We have a bar full of fresh ale on to see us into the weekend, ale shout outs go to:

🍺 "NZ pale" by Shiny Brewery - a 3.9% New Zealand hopped pale ale, which is also gluten free!

🍺 "The Magic Number" by Salopian Brewery - a tripple hopped, golden ale with layers of fruit flavour and soft, sweet maltiness.

Why not come over, grab a freshly made cob or butcher's pork pie/sausage roll, wash it down with a pint of something gorgeous, and maybe even grab some raffle tickets for our upcoming charity meat raffle, being drawn at our Halloween Party!

It's Tuesday! That means it's games night, and a chance for you to come and try the two lovely new b**rs fresh on the bar today!

🍺 "Ghost Ship" from Adnam's, a 4.1% pale ale with a malty backbone and pithy bitterness. This is an old favourite, it always flies off the bar, so grab one while you can!

🍺 "Foundation Stone" by Lymestone, a 4.5% golden pale ale with faint biscuit and fruity notes, with a pleasing, long dry and bitter finish.

🍺 "Mohawk" a 4.4% pale ale by Oakham - a very interesting b**r! Brewed using the experimental hop NZH106, a hop that isn't likely to be seen in the UK again! Vibrant and juicy with a balanced bitterness.

🍺 "Stairway to Earnest" by Burton Bridge - we love a good Stairway series b**r by Burton Bridge! A 5% pale ale delivering vibrant fruit flabour with a smooth balanced bitterness.

🍺 "Green one" by Magic Dragon Brewing - a 4.2% refreshing citra hopped IPA, with a citrus aroma, and lemon and grapefruit notes. Gluten free, crisp and clear!

We are holding a "sip and make" afternoon on Saturday 28th November....think open fires and christmas songs, festive snacks and drinks, lots of festive cheer, and a right old giggle with your friends! It's officially October!! You all know what that means!! The ghouls and witches are out, and we are gearing up for our Halloween Party!

The Halloween party sees the return of Steve Price who will be here providing free caricatures for everyone, our amazing Halloween buffet will be even bigger and better than last year, and we will be doing a meat raffle to raise money for bleed control kits.

🍺 "Dunk" a collaboration ale between Tiny Rebel and Titanic Brewery - a 4.8% tea coloured biscuit pale ale that is sweet, malty and easy drinking.

🍺 "Pale Brummie" by Birmingham Brewing Co. - a 4% pale ale brewed with Chinook and Simcoe hops to give it a fresh, citrus taste. Very refreshing and Gluten free!

🍺 "This splendid Ale" by Facer's - a 4.3% golden yellow ale that is rich and smooth, with a fruity palate and mellow aftertaste.

Back to the grind Monday! It's not all bad though, start your week off the right way and join us at The Raglan for a freshly made cob, washed down with a pint of something gorgeous. Fresh on the bar today is:

🍺 Oracle by Salopian - a 4% crisp, sparkling gold pale ale, dry and refreshing with a long citrus aromatic finish. An old reliable favourite to start off the week.

🍺 Nectaron by Hobson's - a fresh and lively 4.4% IPA, with bright tropical character over a soft balanced base.

We've done it!! We are delighted to announce that we have made it back into CAMRA's Good B**r Guide!!

It was my first real goal after taking over this gorgeous real ale pub, and after a lot of hard work, we've achieved it. I can't thank everyone enough, my sensational team, our amazing customers, and Rugby & District CAMRA Branch for all their support in getting us to achieve this. And a big thank you to CAMRA for the work you do!

We have lots to celebrate today, everyone's favourite barman, our beloved Bluie, has also joined the Black Country Ales 500 club! So he gets a 500 club T-shirt, and a nifty tankard with his name on it. To celebrate, we thought we'd put lots of fresh b**r on the bar today, ready to see in the weekend, some eagerly awaited ones as well!
