Feeling very inspired today… so much so that we’ve got not one, but TWO new cakes on the counter! 🍰✨

First up is our Blueberry & Banana Upside Down Sponge 💙🍌 — inspired by a recent trip to Greenwich Market last weekend. I’d never thought of putting a fruit topping on a banana cake before, but I loved the idea… and I think it’s worked! 🤔💕

And for our gluten-free customers, we’ve got something rather special for you too… our new Bakewell Sponge ❤️🌸

True Story…
My mother left her tomato plant with me several weeks ago while she went on holiday

My mother forgot all about the tomato plant! 🤦‍♀️

I had no idea how to care for it…
But I watered daily
Fed weekly
And now I am crazy excited to see tomatoes appear daily!
I have become a tomato mother! 🍅🍅🍅
Cannot wait to roast them and bake into one of our daily quiches!
