Eating healthy is not expensive. Here is my dose of fibre and protein. Vegetable stir-fry with soya sauce, vinegar n chilli flakes πŸ˜‹ Garnished with sesame seeds and coriander. Vegetables added are broccoli, carrots, onion, mushrooms, soya chunks with dash of ginger n garlic...this makes it so flavourful n tasty πŸ₯°. You can add paneer, tofu, cabbage, spinach..whatever vegetables you have in your fridge. Have it either with rice or rice noodles or pasta or just full bowl of vegetables.

Green breakfast today! Moong dal Chilla or moong dal dosa. This main ingredient today is the star of all lentils, everyone's favourite - Moong dal, you can use yellow or green moong. I have used green moong, soaked and sprouted it to get maximum benefits. While grinding it into thick paste I added little curry leaves, cumin seeds and coriander for flavour( they have their own health benefits). Moong dal is good for skin, has antioxidants properties, rich in potassium, magnesium & fiber.....and list goes on. So make it today. Just invest little time and you will be amazed with the results. Serve it with coriander chutney or coconut chutney or tomato chutney or sambar, choice is yours and a cup of ginger tea, just divine!!!

Poha Chivda, Namak Para, Shakkar para, mawa gujjia, matari, kaju katli( Cashew marzipan), anjeer barfi( Fig energy bar) kajoor barfi( Dates energy bar). The ones I can't translate I don't know their English names 😜🀣

Keeping the Covid-19 situation and Winters in mind please mix 3 pinches or less than half teaspoon of turmeric powder in hot milk with little honey or jaggery at night before sleeping, you can add cinnamon and black pepper powder too. If you are lactose intolerant then mix it in hot water. 1 small cup of this drink every night will boost your immunity, make your skin glow and improve the quality of your night sleep...the list of benefits are endless. It can be taken by all ages. I give it to my 3 yrs old as well.
