Eating healthy is not expensive. Here is my dose of fibre and protein. Vegetable stir-fry with soya sauce, vinegar n chilli flakes π Garnished with sesame seeds and coriander. Vegetables added are broccoli, carrots, onion, mushrooms, soya chunks with dash of ginger n garlic...this makes it so flavourful n tasty π₯°. You can add paneer, tofu, cabbage, spinach..whatever vegetables you have in your fridge. Have it either with rice or rice noodles or pasta or just full bowl of vegetables.
