🍽️ My Local Life – Meet Manvinder Singh from MITr Restaurant

This month, we caught up with Manvinder Singh, owner and Executive Chef of Mitr Restaurant on Kneesworth Street, Royston.

Since opening with his wife, Simran, in December 2024, they've created a welcoming restaurant centred around their motto: "Good Food, Good Friends, Good Times." From English breakfasts to authentic Indian dishes, every meal is freshly prepared with flavour and quality at its heart.

Proud to call Royston home, Manvinder says it's the town's friendly community that makes it so special.
