A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS โค๏ธ
Itโs with a very heavy heart that we have to announce that The Cricketers will be closing its doors, with our final day of trading being Saturday 10th October.
After a huge amount of thought and consideration, the rising costs of rent, stock, VAT and the general cost of running a pub have unfortunately made it impossible for us to continue.
But before we close, we want to say one thing above everything else:
Thank you.
Thank you to every regular, every familiar face, every person who popped in for a pint, watched the football, enjoyed a meal, joined us for a quiz, celebrated a birthday, attended an event, brought their friends, or simply called The Cricketers their local.
Over the years, you've given this place its character. The laughs, the stories, the celebrations, the arguments over the football, the questionable karaoke and the countless pints shared at the bar โ those are the things we'll remember.
So, while itโs a sad time, we don't want to go quietly.
๐ป Saturday 10th October will be our LAST HURRAH. ๐ป
We want to see as many of you as possible for one final proper Cricketers night. Come down, raise a glass with us, say goodbye to the pub and help us give The Cricketers the send-off it deserves.
From all of us at The Cricketers โ thank you for the memories, the support and for making this place what it was.
It really has been one hell of a ride.
See you at the bar for one last one. โค๏ธ๐ป
