"OUTSTANDING FISH & CHIPS" Sunday Times April 2009. Our small, historic building was previously called "The Cabbies Rest" and dates from 1876. We are situated right beside the harbour/ferry terminal/putting green in Rothesay. Having had 2 successful restaurants in the town we decided to create a "Take-away with a difference". Our seafood is caught locally here in the bay, and OUR FAMOUS FISH & CHIPS won't disappoint. we have mini-meals served in scallop shells (squat lobsters, hot-smoked trout, seafood cocktail, salmon ceviche) for a snack on the move ....or even as a starter for your meal at home.Our menu also includes chowder, whole sea bass with garlic butter, fish pie & scampi. Our customers come from far & wide - many sail into the harbour just to enjoy one of our meals.
