Oktober 🇩🇪 opening hours. Bit funny this month guys as there’s a couple of holiday requests that have been approved 🤣 we’re going on a wee Zoe’s family holiday to Oktoberfest 🍺🥨🇩🇪 28th sept - 2nd October. And 19th October - 23rd October Zoe is away gallivanting with her girls to kiss goodbye to the 20s chapter as 2027 brings me into my 30s era ✨ thanks for understanding, girls just wanna have fun 💃

Hey everybody! Back from my crash out, and back open! Thank you for all your lovely words, had me nearly crying into my ice cream 🤪 we have the best customers and I will die on that hill!!What a lovely, ice creamy, chilly autumnal day 🍂 it ended up being 🤩 we’re back and with back with a bang 💥! Delicious s’mores ice cream. Using real Graham crackers from ‘MURICA, real toasted marshmallows and a delicious chocolate ripple… what is there not to love?!!! I don’t think this one will last long 🤭 🏃

It truly never ends. Should’ve known last year it was too good be true, 2025 - 0 issues, sun blazing all year. 2026 - extremely rainy start to ‘summer’, and a MULTITUDE of issues. We started off with the plumbing, got over that, ice cream machine had a gas leak, we got over that, store room floor collapsed, we got over that, our microwave died the other day, we’re waiting on a brand new 1800W number arriving and got over that. AND NOW our ice cream machine has broken down, again. I don’t really think it’s acceptable that she keeps having to get expensive call outs made on her all year… 💸 maybe we’ve out grown her and need something bigger and better 👀.
Anyway - sadly we’ll be closed until Wednesday when she gets fixed ❤️‍🩹. NOT ideal for anyone involved. 💸 I’ve gone through the 7 stages of grief today and I’ve finally reached acceptance. It is what it is, and it’s 💩🎉. (Side note, we’ll also be closed on the 13th of September, this time for pleasure. We have an engagement party to attend on the Saturday for some special people and I plan on enjoying myself. Dancing through the storm ⛈️🙌) Thank you for understanding it SURELY CANT GET WORSE? Thumbs down 👎 hopes up ⬆️

I’m SO SORRY to be the one to tell you. But that’s it, summers over. Highland Games = end of summer. Sorry to all the summer lovers but there’s a pumpkin spice snap in the air. The orange leaves are poking their heads and cozy season is en route (best season). This is our autumn specials menu, starting this time next week (1st September) and running through until I, or the leaves decide it’s Christmas. 🎃 warm cookie dough and ice cream 🍂, I’ve just ordered American Graham crackers so we can make s’mores ice cream, toffee apple ice cream will be making a come back and many more. Get the cinnamon oot it’s autumn 🍂

The summer menu didn’t stick because 90% of it was burrata and it turned out I could not, for the life of me get a consistent supply of it 🤣 but this one is here to stay right through. All drinks can be made iced of course as well ✨

How do I keep myself stimulated whilst just working all the time? I was doing an order for ice cream tingz and asked my favourite Michael to excite me and send me a wildcard from the company. He sent over a ripple that is blueberry and white chocolate based, it contains chia seeds, sunflower seeds, blackberry, raspberry and strawberries in. I immediately thought it would go with our almond base. Then told Tom to throw in some choc chips and it would a trail mix vibe almost. It’s delicious, nutty, creamy, crunchy, fruity and fresh ✨
ALSO we were asked to do another batch of pineapple and chilli and also coffee salted caramel pretzel 🥨 so litre tubs could be bought. They have been made and are available now!

SWEET, CREAMY AND TARTY! No, not me 😇, this ice cream. One of our customers kindly gave us a big ol’ bucket 🪣 of freshly picked blackcurrants. Tom washed and picked them all and made a stunnnnning black current compote with some of them. I told him, get that stuck in amongst apricot. So he did, and here we have apricot base ice cream with home made blackcurrant ripple. Its is DELICIOUS. (Thanks Carl for the currents 🙏)
