Polite notice r toilet is for paying customers only not for people just walking in the nearest toilet to the old town hall is bus st and Tesco sorry to have to put this but it’s not fair on genuine customers in the cafe needing to use it

RIGHT, LET’S CLEAR THIS UP 🚨

We’ve heard the rumours going around that we’ve been shut down due to health and safety issues.

Absolute rubbish.

We were NOT closed because of any health and safety problems. The café was closed because members of staff had family appointments that needed attending. It’s as simple as that.

We’re a family-run business, and sometimes family commitments come first. We’d appreciate people getting their facts right before spreading gossip.

We’re proud of the standards we keep and have absolutely nothing to hide.

We’re back open as normal, serving up the same great food, brews and banter as always. ☕🥓

If you want to know what’s going on, ask us directly. You’ll get the truth a lot quicker than listening to the local rumour mill.

Just a little reminder before half of Rotherham turns up tugging on the door and peering through the window… we’re CLOSED today! 😜

I know, I know… it’s hard going a full day without a Wonkys breakfast. Some of you will be wandering about wondering what to do with yourselves! 😂

Thought I deserved a rest day… only joking! A rest day? In catering? What’s that? ! 🤣☕️
