After a negative review that our chips are uncooked, I will be explaining why our chips are light in colour and not dark, therefore giving the impression they are not cooked.

We can assure you our chips are 100% cooked and the reason you may get this impression is for a few reasons;
1. To keep our food fresh and tasty, we filter our oils everyday and change them completely 1-2 times a week. When the oil is fresh it is hard to get that dark colour as the oil is completely transparent leaving the chips to look pale, however this gives the chips the best taste possible.
2. ⁠We are also now on new potatoes, which naturally stay butterly and soft, this in turn makes it harder to get the crisp you get from old season potatoes, however these potatoes are the tastiest chips of the whole year.
