Coffee Machine Update ☕️

We’d like to apologise for the ongoing issues we’ve been having with our fresh milk coffee machine since Friday.

We’re hoping to have it sorted this evening, as we’ve struggled to get an engineer out to it over the last few days.

We thought this might be a risk when we chose to buy our machine outright rather than renting one with an included service and call-out package. As a new business starting out, we weren't sure how popular the coffee side of things would be, so we didn't want to lock ourselves into an ongoing monthly fee.

However, given how much you all love your coffee, this is definitely something we'll now be looking into moving forward—so please, please bear with us!

We hate having to turn down your coffee orders, so in the meantime, we’d love to build a list of reliable local technicians. If you know anyone who services or repairs commercial coffee machines and is usually available for same-day or next-day call-outs, please feel free to tag them in the comments below.

Thank you all so much for your patience and support as always. ❤️
