Just boiled a batch of our Soft Noodles.
Next stage, we will fry and season them in the wok.
Our portion of soft noodles comes with beansprouts but these can be made without if you prefer. Please let us know your preference.

This is our Vegetable Chow Mein without any sauce. This is the dry, version, which comes with beansprouts, onions and mushroom.

Sorry, we ask so many questions. We know there are many establishments that do things differently. Back in the 90s our chow mein was made only the one way. The one which is cooked in a gravy on a bed of soft noodles with whatever protein with the vegetable and sauce. Nowadays, we have evolved and a dry version is also available. We ask only to make sure you get the right dish.
