Here's the deal... right now we fry our fish in 100% beef dripping. Proper traditional, proper golden, proper chippy. But our chips? Fried separately in vegetable oil so they stay fully vegetarian.

We're thinking of going ALL-IN on beef dripping for everything - fish AND chips - for the most authentic chippy experience we can give you. But that means our chips would no longer be vegetarian.
