Looks like a lovely bank holiday morning... hopefully not too bright too early as my mum says!!

We are open for breakfast and brunch until 1.30pm today.

We have a delicious couple of specials:

☀️ Tomato, chilli and lentil soup
☀️Ham hock terrine with onion chutney and toast

We will then be closed until Thursday 17th September.

Holiday...

Having not had a holiday for 8 years, we thought it was maybe about time to have one! We will be closed from 1st September and then open again from 17th September.

We will be back rested with new delicious menus, new additional opening times and an autumnal flare! Lots of new exciting things are coming and we cannot wait.

Thank you so much for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you all again from 17th September.

Supplier Weekend - This Friday & Saturday Evening

This Friday and Saturday night we are showcasing the produce of our amazing suppliers with a special menu.

We also have the lovely Carys This Girl Walks dining with us as part of her exploration of Ross on Wye, it's places to explore, eat, drink and stay.

Sunday Breakfast & Sunday Lunch

This week after our tasty breakfast menu stops we will be serving our fabulous Sunday roast lunches.

Exquisite sirloin of beef, served pink
Juicy pork loin with crackling
Fabulous turkey crown
Scrumptious beef brisket cooked long and slow.

All served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and a gorgeous selection of fresh vegetables.

We have a few spaces left after 1pm.

Delicious gluten free mushroom, tarragon and cheddar quiche from Sara's Kitchen with salad is just one of our specials today.

Our sourdough pizzas are also available from 12pm and again this evening from 5.30 alongside our evening menu.
Pizzas are now available to takeaway. Just give us a call or pop in.

New York Croissant Roll Creating

Our breakfast and brunch menu will be getting a range of new dishes in September, so creating, designing, tasting has commenced!!

With beef as good as we can get from just across the road Hanks’ Meat & Game it would be rude not to have a beefy one!

Here is Sam's latest design...
Peppered steak slices, tarragon sauce, crispy shallots, fried egg and rocket.

A lot of yummy noises was the general team consensus and lots of "sublime, amazing, sooo good"!! A good day in the office 😊

& Glazed Gammon (sold out last week!)

All our meat is from the award winning Hanks’ Meat & Game and come with roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding and a fabulous range of vegetables.

Plus there's fish, vegetarian and vegan dishes and lighter options.

Tasty starters and fantastic desserts available too.

It's nearly Saturday and that means....
Cocktails, Nibbles, Vino and Deliciousness!

Open from 5pm for a quick sip, a chat & nibble or a delicious dinner from our evening menu.

Last week was very obviously a night for fish and pork!

The sea bass with braised fennel, pan fried potato gnocchi with a torched orange dressing was really popular, in very close second was slow cooked pork shoulder steak with roasted red onions, creamy mash potato, tenderstem and a blue cheese sauce.
Needless to say the pizzas were flying out the kitchen!

Only a few more weeks of our current evening and nibbles, so why not pop along and see what takes your fancy?!
