Did you know…?
The flour in our bread is grown, harvested and milled here on the farm - just metres from our bakery.

Because we’re a small artisan mill, we’re exempt from the UK’s mandatory white flour fortification rules. That means our flour doesn’t need anything added back in after milling - it’s just grain, milled on the farm, and baked into fresh bread.

Experiments are going well! Our first batch of croissants using 100% flour which is grown, harvested, milled and baked right here, on the farm. Now that’s unique.

New bakers, same ovens.

Tomorrow we will be ‘soft’ launching the bakery during the Spring Tasting at Court Farm. We’ve been hard at work fine tuning our offering and getting ready to take Tim’s work to the next level! Come down for a chat, we’ll have samples to taste and tasty things to purchase.
