A little behind the scenes at Limehouse Thai! 👩‍🍳

The other day, we overheard someone wondering if our starters were bought in frozen because our prices are so reasonable. 😊

So we thought, why not show you how we actually make them?

Here's our Chicken Satay!

We cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces ourselves, marinate it with carefully selected ingredients, and yes, even our satay sauce is made from scratch!

No ready-made sauces, no frozen pre-made starters. Just good ingredients, a lot of preparation and plenty of care. ❤️

We've always tried to keep our food affordable because we want everyone to be able to enjoy good Thai food without spending a fortune.

We'll try to share more little moments from our kitchen so you can see what goes on behind the scenes. There's actually a lot more work involved than you might think! 😄

A little morning freshness from our Oncidium Orchid 🌼💛

In Thai, we call it “Nang Rabam” or “Dancing Lady”, because its shape looks just like a graceful dancer in a flowing yellow dress.

Fresh flower arranging has always been one of our chef’s passions, and for 29 years she has been sharing that little joy with everyone who visits us. ✨
