As you may have heard, the time has come to close the doors at Que and Brew Smokehouse after service finished on 31 December 2023.

It wasn’t an easy decision; Que and Brew has been our way of life for a very long time, but it feels like now is the right time to say goodbye. The past 3 years at Que and Brew have been full of love and laughter, but 2024 is the time for us to look forward into new opportunities.

Of course, we cannot announce the closure without a few words of thanks to those who were so integral in Que and Brew…

To the lovely Freddie and Dave at The Nags Head, thank you for welcoming us into your kitchen from the first day. The Nags Head was so influential in building our customer base and our name, and we could have not asked for a better stepping stone in our foundations.

To the brilliant Holly at The Huntsman, thank you for allowing us to grow and give us a true taste of running a restaurant. The Huntsman has played such an incredible part in our growth and development, allowing us to experiment with so many different and crazy ideas. We cannot thank Holly and The Huntsman enough for the role they have played in Que and Brew, and we are eternally grateful.

To our incredible customers, thank you for supporting us from day 1. Your loyalty and support has been unmatched and we could not have asked for a greater customer base. Thank you for your support and influence within our growth, we truly could not have done it without you.

Last but not least, thank you to Team Que and Brew. Your support, loyalty and hard work has been so valuable and we could not have gotten this far without you. Whether you’ve been with us since day 1 or the past few months, you have made a real impact on Que and Brew and we will forever be grateful for that. Watching the growth of our staff has been so inspiring and we watch with pride as you forge a path into your futures.

As difficult as this decision has been, with the current economic situation and other factors in tow, we have chosen what we feel is the best path for us.

Best wishes to all of you in 2024, onwards and upwards!

Proper butcher blended meat, handmade patties, smashed on the grill. Topped with all sorts of whatever you fancy including our house-smoked chilli sausage, pulled pork and tender boneless chicken thighs, together with our own recipe HOT and SWEET BBQ Sauces. ⚠️Do not eat one in your Sunday Best clothes cos you won't get your mouth round it in one go, and you WILL make a mess of yourself.😂

👋Our Smokers are fired up, our BBQ Rub blend and BBQ Sauces are made - who fancies one of our racks of ribs? Competition BBQ style smoked (we came 4th out of 670 team's in America's biggest BBQ Competition in Kansas City, don't you know😉).

📢Our Rib Smoker only holds x13 at a time, and we smoke once a day (low and slow for 6️⃣ hours), so when they are gone they are gone we're afraid.😟
