End of an Era, and the Start of a New Chapter!
When you find a place that feels like home, it’s hard to imagine ever saying goodbye. For the past two years, The Spring Inn has been my home, and all of you have been my family.
Today, with mixed emotions, I’m sharing that my time at The Spring Inn is coming to an end (don’t worry, Matt and his funky outfits are staying). My final day will be Saturday 5th September.
While I’m moving on to manage the Kingfisher in Greenfield, my heart isn't going far. I’m staying just around the corner, and I truly hope you’ll continue to come by and say hello whenever you’re close. And don’t worry, I’ll definitely still be popping by for a pint (well 0% Corona or Moretti!) to catch up with all of you.
Looking back, these two years have been a gift. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your lives, from planning your events to sitting with you on an evening, and for making every Christmas season so magical! You made this job feel like a privilege rather than work, and I will cherish these memories forever. And of course, to the incredible team at The Spring Inn: thank you for being the backbone of this place and the heart of my days. We’ve been there for each other through thick and thin, and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work alongside.
Thank you for everything. It’s been the best two years, and while I’m moving on, I’m so grateful that our paths have crossed❤️
