Huge Suntrap 🌟 Garden at the back, and plenty of parking. We sell fine cask ales, award winning wines and a great range of spirits. We also serve really good, freshly prepared food - booking is recommended at busy times. There's always a warm welcome and a friendly face. Huge new beer garden with covered, uncovered and grassy spaces.

We like to keep it in the family at The Grapes 💪

If you've been in to see us over the past 3 weeks, you might have been lucky enough to be looked after by this dynamo, this tireless pocket rocket - our Izzy, who is just amazing at EVERYTHING except for reaching things from high places.

She's going back down to That London to carry on learning to be the next Christopher Nolan or Martin Scorsese or something and we miss her already. She's already promised she'll be back at Christmas 🎄Thank God 🙏

Wish her all the luck in the world and safe passage darn sarf. 😁

Big day, today, for lots of reasons - notably these:

1. Good Luck to both The Dale and Latics fans at Spotland Crown Oil Arena Rochdale ⚽️ Pop in to see us afterwards for a celebratory pint, or to tell us how the Ref was biased and the pitch didn't do you any favours and the Manager should be sacked

2. Good Luck to everyone doing the Springhill Hospice Ramble and to The Oxford who've put so much hard work into hosting it. Pack your pac-a-mac and wear sensible shoes and have your foot spa ready for when you get home

3. Good Luck to anybody wanting a table here tonight because we're rammers 😁😁 (give us a call; we'll do our best 💪)
