Well… yesterday didn’t quite go to plan! Our griddle decided it had had enough around lunchtime, so we had to wing it for the rest of the day. 😅

The good news is I’m on my way to pick up a brand-new one, so it’s breakfast as normal today at CAROLS BAPS! 🍳🥓

A huge thank you to everyone who visited us yesterday and patiently waited a little longer than usual. We know you’re not used to waiting, and we really do appreciate your understanding and support. It means a lot to our little cafe.

We’re been at the cafe nice and early this morning.

We have a little buffet to prepare, and then we’ll get everything ready for the day ahead.

Pies sold out again yesterday so we have some more today.
