The 50th Rushbearing is right around the corner! Join us on the 6th of September to watch the cart come right outside the pub for the first time! We will be serving our much loved roast dinners from 12-3pm after which we will be joined by Big J's BBQ and to keep you fuelled through the afternoon! That's not all... .j.music will be singing as well!
St. Bartholomew's Church will also have cream teas, a tombola, market stores and the famous Duck Race will be at 3:45pm!

Join us this bank holiday weekend! We’ll be extending our opening hours tomorrow, Sunday the 30th, opening at 10am for coffee and bakes! Our much loved Sunday Roasts will be available 12-6pm and beer will be flowing from 12-10:30! So whatever you’re after, we’ve got you covered!

Thank you for everyone who joined us on Saturday, it was a day full of fun and laughter, thank you for supporting not only us but all the other great pubs in the village. Keep pubs alive!

We are proud to announce we raised a whopping £1500! and that's just the beginning as are our main focus from now until Christmas. We have more quiz nights, our yearly Gift Drive, a raffle at Rushbearing, Afternoon Tea, Guinea Pig Night, Die De Los Mu***os, Lunch With Father Christmas (The Real Father Christmas!!!) and much much more!!

And to top it all off we are super dooper excited to shout out that on the Rushbearing's 50TH year Anniversary they will be bringing their famous Rushcart over our ancient pack horse bridge and parking it outside to end its journey for the first time in all of those 50 years.... the crowds will go wild and there will be photo opportunities galore...... come and join us and make history at our historic 14th century pub.
