So bar and eats ripon

Today is the day we shut the doors on SO! bar & eats for the very last time, having come to a decision a while ago we didnt want to renew our lease.

We have to say its been a blast and we would like to thank the good people of Ripon and all our customers over the years, from the bottom of our hearts.

What makes life so wonderful however is the enrichment of change and what new and exciting things it brings. To this end we leave you in the very capable hands of our manager Jason, who has taken on the lease himself with our blessing and as the Black Bull has lots of great things planned, so please offer him the same support and love you have shown us over the years.

Of course if you still fancy a SO! bar fix we still have sites in Harrogate and Knaresborough which we have just reopened after a refurbishment.

Anyway thankyou again, we will miss everyone and we wish Jason and his new team all the best.

Tomorrow will be our last official day of trading as So! Bar and Eats Ripon, we are open for drinks only from 4pm if you would like to bid farewell, and we hope you join us on Wednesday to welcome in The Black Bull

We've got a lot in store for you on this gorgeous sunny day 🌞 all euros games are being displayed inside the bar, and this evening we have live music in the bar from 8:30pm and our fabulous movie quiz from 8pm!

Whatever you decide, we'll see you at the bar 🍻
