So·phis·ti·cakez creates home-baked cakes & sweet treats that are made with love & devotion. I am Lynda, a self-taught hobby cake baker & decorator with plenty of experience. Having done many cakes for all sorts of occasions, from birthdays to weddings! These cakes are not created in bulk nor are they ever rushed, they are created single handedly with great care & even better attention to detail.

All ingredients used are of the highest quality & only the best is used with Madagascan Vanilla Extract, Free-Range Eggs only & of course there is no substitute for real Butter! All baked goods are perfect for any event, party or small gathering with friends! I have a real passion for what I do & love to create cakes, cupcakes & more to delight the recipients. All I ask is that if possible, please contact me at least 2 weeks prior to the event for anything you may like me to create for you!

Also seperate chopping boards, thorough washing & never quick rinsing in my kitchen.... You can trust me implicitly, having family members that have these dietry requirements means I'm ultra safe for any special requirements 🙌🏻🫂

Ever wonder what happens?!

Well I always use the strictest measures to make sure this does not happen in my house... Gluten free means gluten free, dairy free means dairy free, combination of those is the same too.

Even vegan food is prepared completely independently so there is no risk of cross-contamination in my kitchen - EVER!

Having family members with severe intolerances with gluten & dairy, made me be ultra strict with how I work & I'm proud to say there has NEVER been an issue of cross-contamination from me or in my kitchen 🙌🏻🫂
