Our eldest daughter Leah turns 9 on Sunday, so we are reducing our service hours to 12-4pm so that we can celebrate as a family. Sunday roasts served alongside our smokehouse inspired menu 🙌🏼

Iain had a great time taking to the demo stage, sharing his passion for great food, BBQ, and cooking with such fantastic crowds.

From live cooking tips and techniques to plenty of laughs and audience interaction, both demos were a pleasure and we’re so pleased to have been asked back as a restaurant owner this time!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, asked questions, and supported the sessions. It’s always amazing to meet fellow food lovers and be part of such an iconic Yorkshire event 🙌🏼

Bringing the flavour to the Great Yorkshire Show! 🔥

Iain was in his element today; serving up live cooking demos, sharing BBQ tips, and showcasing the bold flavours that make our little restaurant so special. It was fantastic to meet so many food lovers and chat all things BBQ and how we’ve made things our own at Storehouse Kitchen. A particular thanks to those from Iain’s old school who came down to watch 🥺

It was also selfishly a lovely day to spend together which are few and far between - of course we had no idea what we were looking at half the time and certainly couldn’t afford to shop!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to watch, taste, and support us. If you missed us at the show, don’t worry—you can experience it all at our restaurant on North Street in Ripon 👌🏼

Those who have watched Iain before, often comment on how refreshing it is to have a talented chef that is honest, down to earth and doesn’t take it all too seriously (very surprising isn’t it…this photo being another example).
