☕ WE’RE HIRING: EXPERIENCED BARISTA ⚽️
We are looking for a fun loving, personable, experienced barista to join the Ferrario team!
Ferrario Coffee is starting a new permanent site working with AFC Bournemouth at their Canford SANG training site and we are looking for a talented, confident and personable Barista to join our team!
☕ You’ll need to:
• Love coffee or love serving it (like Erika!)
Be friendly, approachable and confident with customers
• Have solid professional barista experience
• Be confident dialling in espresso and calibrating grinders and coffee equipment
• Understand extraction, dosing and milk texturing
• Consistently produce excellent coffee, even when it gets busy
• Have exceptional customer service skills
• Be confident to open and close the site on your own, and as part of a team
• Bring energy, humour and personality to the team
• Be reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
• Take pride in keeping your workspace clean and professional

We want someone who loves people as much as they love coffee.
Someone who can have a laugh with the team, chat naturally with customers and make people feel welcome.
You don’t have to take yourself too seriously — but you do need to take great coffee seriously.
