For the last couple of months, our chipotles have been made using dandelion honey crafted by our chefs.

Chefs Luke, Andrew and Amie headed out into the meadows behind the restaurant to hand-pick dandelion flowers before turning them into something truly special. We can’t reveal all of our secrets, but with a little sugar, water, a touch of lemon, and plenty of patience, they created a delicious dandelion honey that’s become a key ingredient in our chipotles.

If you’ve enjoyed our chipotles over the last couple of months, we’re sure you’ll agree – the results have been delicious!

Safe to say the greenhouse has had a serious growth spurt…

What began as a handful of seedlings is now flourishing with seasonal vegetables, herbs, and produce, all grown with care just steps from our kitchen.

This is farm-to-fork in its purest form—ingredients harvested at their peak and served with purpose, allowing every dish to reflect the season, the soil, and the journey from greenhouse to plate.

It’s a quiet reminder that exceptional food always begins with exceptional ingredients.
