Just received an update.
WE ARE HAPPY FOR YOU TO DROP THESE OFF ON SAT 10-12 ONLY.
Dear All, Im attaching an updated generic list of items required for Tim's Aid trips to Ukraine which should be used for the foreseeable future. *PLEASE NOTE* that for the next winter trip the only adult clothing required are *GOOD CLEAN WINTER COATS* - They must be ready to wear - so *PLEASE WASH* before sending. Ideally pack in the white plastic sacks with drawstrings as black bin liners can impart an odour particularly if stored in them for any time. What is needed is *NEW UNDERWEAR* for both *ADULT* and *KIDS* , Also *TOILETRIES* , *CLEANING PRODUCTS , TINNED SOUPS* (Big soup is a good one) *VITAMINS* ( preferably ones with high bioavailability if possible as some of the very cheap ones do not have a very high efficacy)

From This Saturday RGC we will be collecting these items for a lorry load to Ukraine:
1. Candle wax. Any used but with metal removed please.
2. Medicines (not prescription) with at least a year's sell by date.
3. December ONLY (as limited storage) Warm winter coats 'as new condition and clean please. If possible in white plastic bags with drawstring as black bags make a funny smell in storage!!'

📍 Start: East Riddlesden Hall Cafe @ 10am - free parking if you're there early. (Car share / public transport encouraged)
🚶 Route: Leeds & Liverpool Canal → Silsden → return to East Riddlesden Hall
🥾 Distance: Approx. 5 miles
⏱️ Duration: Approx. 2 hours

Join us for a scenic out-and-back walk along the Leeds & Liverpool Canal, taking in peaceful countryside, canal-side views as we head towards Silsden.

Please bring:
• Comfortable walking boots/shoes
• Waterproof jacket and suitable layers
• Plenty of water and snacks/lunch
• Small rucksack
• Sun protection if needed

⚠️ Please note: Some sections may be muddy, uneven or slippery. Participants should be comfortable walking for 2 hours on the towpath.
