It’s been an incredible weekend of ‘Transformation’ 🦋
Thanks to everyone who has gathered from far and wide to celebrate the release of Mike’s final works…

Emotions have been flying high especially during the listening party on Sat night and especially when Evan took to the stage to perform. Father to Son 🦋

The weekend has been packed with gratitude and filled to the rafters with friendship, reminisces, planning for the future, hiking, yoga, the Red Jam, barista coffee, adult beverages, home made cakes, Red Toasties, music, tunes, dance and celebration 🙌

Here’s to another week of positivity and ‘Moving Forwards’ 🙏🦋

On this day in Peters’ history, we remember the day we laid our beloved Michael Leslie Peters to rest.

Our hearts are forever broken and life will never be the same again but together with the love of our community we are finding our way 🙏

Thank you everyone for loving Mike so much.

Today is a day of celebration, of the boy from Dyserth who lived his best life…

Bore da from a hot and steamy Red ❤️

Today we start a new ‘get together’ for all people with cancer.

This follows on from our popular Red Breasts group which meets regularly at The Red, where all people touched by breast cancer can gather together and share their feelings.

As The Red Breasts group has grown we have been approached by people diagnosed with other cancers who would also like the opportunity to congregate in a safe space and take strength from each others’ experiences…

Today we will be congregating from 12 noon onwards to support The Red’s very own Tony Lee who has recently been diagnosed with bowel cancer…

Please feel free to drop in and have a chat. We will be publicising dates moving forwards…

It was an honour and quite the spectacle to welcome 50 suited Cymru Knievels to The Red yesterday afternoon, as part of ‘Being Evel for a Good Cause 2026’ and ‘The £300,000 Perimeter of Wales’

Says Jules “It was very touching for me to meet Caroline who was driving the support vehicle after losing her husband Paul who passed away last August. Paul had CLL like Mike and had met Mike at an Alarm Concert.

Caroline and I were able to have a lovely catch up about managing grief and living life with husbands with leukaemia. It was very comforting to share our experiences. Together stronger.”

Congratulations to a fantastic group of people for riding for such an incredible cause.

Thanks to organiser Jase and local Red Kneivel, Mike for bringing this amazing initiative to The Red. We look forward to welcoming you back ❤️🏍️
