🙋A thali is a traditional Indian meal featuring small portions of a variety of different dishes... The word ‘thali’ refers to the plate/tray that the dishes are placed on, traditionally with the rice, bread and dry dishes placed on the thali and the curries and accompaniments served in bowls placed alongside...

✅ So now you know.

And yes, if you come to our Thali Night on the first Thursday every month you get ALL of the dishes on the set menu for £15, PLUS the option to add an extra meat dish or dessert. And most importantly it's all absolutely delicious, and cooked from scratch in our kitchen!

Finally we're getting some of the wet stuff! It feels like a big relief after such a hot, dry spell and wildfires which have been affecting the whole country and got very close to home last week! 🌧

We're sure it wont be long til we hear the first moan about the weather, and it's been a reminder that the gutters need fixing... but for now we celebrate! 💙

The café is open as usual, and warm and dry inside!
Mondays: 9am - 4pm
Tuesdays and Wednesdays: CLOSED
Thursdays: 9am - 4pm
Fridays: 9am - 9pm (wood-fired pizza from 5pm)
Saturdays: 9am - 4pm
Sundays: 9am - 4pm
