Ever wondered what’s actually going on inside one of our dough balls?

This. 👆

Cut it open after its 60-hour process and you can see that beautiful web of fermentation running right through it. All those pockets of air are what give our pizzas that light, airy crust with that proper Neapolitan chew. 🤌🔥

No shortcuts. Just time, temperature and fermentation doing their thing.

Something a wee bit different from our usual food posts this morning… 🍕😂

A little insight into what Ollie has been up to away from Woody’s! ❤️

We’ve tried the wee man with a few different sports now, trying to find that one thing he really takes to… and this morning we might just have found it. 👀

PROJECT KIMI ANTONELLI IS UNDERWAY 🏎️🏁😂

Ollie had his first one-to-one karting session this morning, starting off with the fundamentals learning the kart, acceleration, braking and getting comfortable behind the wheel before getting let loose on the circuit for a few laps.

We had two wee spin-offs along the way 😂 and one definitely put a bit of fear into him. But he dusted himself down, got back in and went again. 💪🏎️

And that was the best part for us. ❤️

When he came off the track, his wee face was absolutely lit up. He was BUZZING and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. 😂

Tomorrow he joins up with the rest of the academy for his first proper session… and we genuinely think this could be the one! 🏁

Hopefully we’ve finally found Ollie’s thing… because we’re running out of sports to try next. 😂😂
