Today has been a difficult day, but it reminded us exactly why Ginger’s Diner exists. 💙🩷

A huge thank you to every single person who came through our doors today to show your support, kindness and solidarity following today’s events. Whether you stopped by for a coffee, a chat, a hug, or simply to let us know you were thinking of us, it meant more than you’ll ever know.

Ginger’s Diner has always been about more than coffee and cake. It’s about creating a space where everyone is welcome, everyone is safe, and everyone belongs.

Your support today has shown us that love, community and kindness will always be louder than hate.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We can’t wait to welcome you back next week. 🩷💙

Very disappointing to have to make this decision today. However safety is our number one priority. Thank you to Camborne Library and Camborne Town Council for your support and the meaningful words in this statement.

Our door is and always will be open as a safe space to all. This is exactly the reason why we are here and why we matter to so many - times haven’t really changed much, and that angers me so much.

The diner is a place of positivity and advocating for change - which we will continue to do. No matter what 💪🏻

Camborne Town Council regrets to announce the temporary closure of Camborne Library and the cancellation of the scheduled Story Time and Craft Session with performers Roxie and Ginger, which was due to take place on Saturday 27 June.

I’m delighted to share that I have been nominated and shortlisted for the National Diversity Awards! 🎉

To be selected as one of 10 from more than 80,000 nominations is an incredible honour and a testament to the power of creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels welcome and valued through Gingers Diner.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported, championed, and been part of the Gingers Diner journey. I’m proud to be recognised alongside so many inspiring individuals and organisations driving positive change.

We are so looking forward to attending the awards ceremony in September…in Liverpool! 💕
