A little chocolate indulgence ✨

A tall, elegant chocolate fudge cake finished with a rich chocolate ganache, a crown of juicy blackberries and delicate flashes of gold.

I had the absolute privilege of creating this cake for the wonderful chef Paul Ainsworth to celebrate his birthday 🤎

Oh how I love a personal touch, especially when it involves my couples’ four-legged family members!

James & Charlotte opted for a single tier of vanilla and strawberry cake, finished with a clean scalloped buttercream design and delicate touches of gold leaf. But the sweetest detail had to be their two custom-made toppers of their gorgeous Red Labrador and playful Yorkshire Terrier, making sure their beloved pups had a special place in the celebrations too! 🐾

And, as you can see, they couldn’t resist sneaking a cheeky bite of cake! 🐶🤍

Finished with delicate fresh white roses, pops of blue and soft eucalyptus foliage, the perfect finishing touches to complement their elegant wedding styling.

Yesterday I travelled up to Bideford to the beautiful Hallsannery House to set up this three tier beauty, perfectly at home in the most elegant of dining rooms.

Adorned with delicate frills, intricate piping and the prettiest vintage inspired details, this one was all about timeless romance. And inside? Gorgeous red velvet, of course ❤️
